PRESCHOOL
The Northeast Community School District is now accepting applications to our 4 year old preschool program for the fall of 2024.  Please complete the application below and return to the Northeast Elementary School Office, 1450 370th Ave., Goose Lake, IA  52750.  IMPORTANT DATES

• Tuesday, August 20th at  6-7 p.m.: 6th Grade Orientation
• Tuesday, August 20th at  7:15-8:15 p.m.: 7th Grade Orientation
• Wednesday, August 21st at 5-6:30 p.m.: Elementary Unpack Your Backpack/Meet your Teacher Night
• Wednesday, August 21st at 6-7 p.m.: 9th Grade Student Orientation and New MS/HS families

All 7th-12th grade student athletes must have an up-to-date physical, Good Conduct Form and a Concussion Waiver on file with the Northeast Community School District office before being allowed to practice or compete in any sport. To complete these forms click on the registration link below.

All student-athlete participants need to have an up-to-date sports physical. This is required by the IHSAA and the IGHSAU. Please download and print the form below (athletes only).

 All student participants and their parents/guardian will need to review and electronically sign the Good Conduct Policy and Concussion Policy. This includes any student that may be involved in athletics, speech, band, choir, and drama.

OPEN ENROLLMENT ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY
Students who open enroll in grades 9-12 must wait 90 days to participate in interscholastic contests at the varsity level. For questions on eligibility, please contact:

The Home School Assistance Program offers assistance to parents/guardians who choose to teach their children at home. Parents/guardians are directly responsible for planning curriculum and teaching their children. They are free to incorporate their own values and philosophy of education. The Home School Assistance Program (HSAP) can help families by offering curriculum resources, AEA Media Center resources, support & guidance from a certified supervising teacher, plus much more at no cost.
